Here is a great example of a relationship with a past client. Our borrower was buying a partially completed remodeled house. He asked if we could finance the house 100%, allowing him to be able to use his business cash flow to complete the project. With the money he will put into the property and his sweat equity, our LTV will be less than 50% within 3 months. These are very uncommon terms but it shows how we are willing to work with our past clients.
